Why invite-only?
We verify every member is actually practicing in OC probate. It keeps the data, the alerts, and the watchlists from being commoditized.
Is the underlying data public?
Yes — tentative rulings are posted by the OC Superior Court. We do the parsing, normalization, attorney and firm extraction, and the search infrastructure on top.
How fresh is the data?
Tentatives are scraped within an hour of the court posting them — typically the day before each L&M calendar.
What about LA, Riverside, San Diego?
On the roadmap. OC is the founding county and where we live. Multi-county coverage will be a paid expansion.
